JoJo’s Attic Online offers free domestic shipping within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact ameliajo@jojosatticonline.com for an international shipping quote. Shipping will be at a reduced rate.

JoJo's Attic Online will process orders within 3 business days. Packages are typically received within 5-7 business days.

Carriers:
Packages over 13 ounces, JoJo's Attic Online will utilize carriers that are the most reasonable for the size, weight of package, and location the package is being shipped.
JoJo's Attic Online will often utilize carriers that provide shipping insurance for items valued over $50.

If you select local pickup, please contact ameliajo@jojosatticonline.com within 3 business days to determine a date, time, and location to meet.

Returns:
JoJo’s Attic Online will accept returns within 30 days of purchase date, customer to pay return shipping. Please notify ameliajo@jojosatticonline.com of the return. JoJo’s Attic Online will issue a refund of the original price once the item is received in the same condition in which it was shipped.

Damaged items:
If an item arrives damaged, please contact ameliajo@jojosatticonline.com within 10 days of receipt. JoJo’s Attic Online will request a picture of the original shipping label, the box the item was shipped in, and photos of the damaged item.
JoJo’s Attic Online requires proof of damage before a full refund is issued.

Please do not return the damaged item to JoJo’s Attic Online. If the damaged item is returned to JoJo’s Attic Online a refund will not be issued.

-item shows delivered, but it is not
-package contents are missing
-items lost during delivery
