Nice vase is in good condition.  There is a blemish/wear to the finish along the rim - it feels rough and looks like a tiny chip. The vase may also require additional cleaning on the inside.  There is excess material on the very bottom, so the vase does not sit completely flat.  It stands approx. 3.75 inches tall and has a diameter at the top of approx. 3.75 inches.  There are some light blue/green spots.  I
